Service Description
At Teranga Stables, we provide top-notch boarding with 12×12 matted stalls, cleaned twice a day for your horse's comfort. Horses enjoy individual turnout on grassy paddocks for a peaceful setting. We offer premium feeds like Purina Strategy and ProForce Fuel for optimal health. Our excellent daily care and professional training are ideal for riders seeking quality boarding and steady progress. We hold weekly professional training sessions for dedicated riders. Our 200×100 all-weather GGT arena, which is irrigated, is great for year-round training. We also provide daily supplements, fly spray, and masks. Plus, enjoy the convenience of our air-conditioned tack room.
Cancellation Policy
Teranga Stables LLC – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy (Effective December 2025 – Applies to all lessons, training rides, boarding, camps, and other services booked online or in person) Payment & Reservation All services and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Your appointment, lesson, training ride, or boarding month is confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – NO REFUNDS We operate a strict NO REFUND policy on all services and packages. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you give 24+ hours notice, you will receive a full account credit that can be used toward any future service (valid for 12 months). With less than 24 hours notice, late arrival, or no-show → the full amount is forfeited with no credit issued. Packages (e.g., 5-lesson or 10-lesson bundles) follow the same 24-hour rule per session. Expired or missed sessions are forfeited. Boarding-Specific Terms Boarding is billed monthly in advance and is non-refundable once the month has started. 30-day written notice is required to terminate boarding (email to info@terangastables.com). No partial-month refunds or credits. Waitlist Policy If a time slot or stall is full, you may join the free waitlist through the booking system. Waitlisted clients are notified in the order they joined if a spot opens (usually because of a cancellation with proper notice). You have 2 hours to claim and pay for the newly opened spot; after that it is offered to the next person on the list. Weather & Facility Closures In the rare event Teranga Stables must cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen facility issues, you will receive a full credit for the missed session (no cash refunds). Acceptance of Policy Completing a booking or purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
